Together, we will explore topics like the future of philanthropy, Alberta’s political landscape, ‘failing forward’ and the role of grantmakers in a changing charitable sector. Breakout sessions delve into equity-informed grantmaking, impact investing, AI, community economic development, funder collaboration, investing in rural places and democratic institutions, the regulatory and workforce environment and meaningful engagement with Indigenous communities. This conference offers a fantastic opportunity to connect, collaborate, and network with partners from across the province. The conference will feature engaging sessions relevant to leaders, fund and donor relations professionals, and grants teams.
